– Reworked effect
– Cone of Cold gains Crit Damage
– Triggers Ice Rain with heavy ATK scaling

– Lv.1 Skill Damage: 16% → 37%
– Lv.11 Arcane Frenzy: 128% → 133%

__• Serenity Statue__
– Lv.1 ATK Bonus: 5.6% → 13%
– Lv.11 ATK Bonus: 44.8% → 46.7%

__• Thunder Summoning Statue__
– Increased Lightning Blast Crit Damage & ATK scaling
